We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Your order may be subject to VAT taxes or import fees that you have to pay your government.
You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

For international shipments, our customs declaration will state that the package is for "playing cards." Before you place your order, you are responsible for verifying that declarations for "playing cards" can be imported into your country. You are responsible for confirming that tarot or playing cards can be shipped to your country before placing your order.

We are not liable for packages that the postal service has recorded as "Delivered." If you see that the tracking information for your package notes "Delivered" but you have not received it, then you will need to contact your post office for more information.

Damages to the cards that wouldn't reasonably impact a Tarot reading as minor scuff marks, or scratches will not be replaced.

There are no guarantees of perfect, flawless application of gilded or gold edging on your deck. We can not guarantee that there won't be some fall-out with your gilded edges. Furthermore, note that harsh shuffling and handling of the cards might wear down the gilding.

If you access, use or make a purchase from the Tarotmania Shop we will take that to mean that you accept the Terms of this Shop Policies.
